A growing Real Estate firm are looking for an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Delivery of HR cyclical activities
- Delivery of the people strategy, alongside Head of HR
- Learning and Development such as training needs analysis, identifying training solutions, training reports and designing and implementing feedback initiatives
- Talent Management such as supporting delivery of talent management framework, succession planning, performance management and development and providing coaching to managers
- Engagement activities and initiatives
- Recruitment such as end to end for specific roles
- Delivering wellbeing benefits
- Supporting in annual comp reviews
- Creating new policies in line with best practice
As HR Manager, you will possess:
- Good knowledge of HR best practice
- Proven experience in an HR or L&D capacity, minimum 3 years
- Strong MS Office skills
