A growing Real Estate firm are looking for an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Delivery of HR cyclical activities
  • Delivery of the people strategy, alongside Head of HR
  • Learning and Development such as training needs analysis, identifying training solutions, training reports and designing and implementing feedback initiatives
  • Talent Management such as supporting delivery of talent management framework, succession planning, performance management and development and providing coaching to managers
  • Engagement activities and initiatives
  • Recruitment such as end to end for specific roles
  • Delivering wellbeing benefits
  • Supporting in annual comp reviews
  • Creating new policies in line with best practice

As HR Manager, you will possess:

  • Good knowledge of HR best practice
  • Proven experience in an HR or L&D capacity, minimum 3 years
  • Strong MS Office skills
