An innovative Group Recruitment BP to join a thriving business in the private sector, based in Bournemouth.

Your new company

My client are proud to work with private investors, local authorities and members of the public in healthcare / housing sectors to provide support for local communities.

The organisation are a large, growing SME with a number of locations across different divisions within the Group.

Your new role

This is a brand new role for a pro-active Group Recruitment Business Partner to join the organisation. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will have line manager responsibility for 2 x Recruitment Consultants and 1 x Recruitment Administrator, based in their Bournemouth Office.

Summary of the role:
The Group Recruitment Business Partner is responsible for delivering quality candidates through the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy, whilst supporting the Group growth objectives, and leading on high profile creative recruitment campaigns. You will also work closely with and have expert support from Marketing / Sales Directors in this role.

You will recruit a variety of different roles at all levels of businesses within the Group, both yourself and through leading your team.

This position has the potential to develop as the successful candidate / business does in future.

Please note that you will work remotely during lockdown with the exception of working your 1st week in the office as part of your induction to the business (office based, Monday-Friday beyond lockdown). Working hours are 39 / week, but flexible on start / finish times as long as you work core hours (10am-4pm, Monday-Friday).

What you'll need to succeed

This opportunity will suit a positive, flexible person who is willing to roll up their sleeves, create solutions and adapt recruitment strategy in a growing business.

My client are looking for a strategic senior recruitment professional with line management experience, ideally with a recruitment / CIPD qualification too. You must have strong IT proficiency (inc Excel / Word / Outlook), knowledge of data sets to improve recruitment processes and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

What you'll get in return

A competitive salary between £38,000-£42,000 (DOE), plus excellent commission / OTE. 25 days holiday (3 between Christmas / New Year due to closure and 22 throughout the year) + BH's and free off-site (street) parking.
