I'm recruiting for a Recruiter to join a busy team on a permanent basis, paying up to £25,000 basic with a £10,000 bonus depending on performance.
Your new role
Within this role you will be responsible for the candidate full life cycle of their recruitment experience which includes attraction, interviewing, selection process and on boarding. This role will be mainly focusing on contractors within the business.
Day to day duties will be:
- Writing job advertisements and job descriptions
- Pre-screening of candidates
- Long listing and shortlisting candidates for live and up coming vacancies
- Manage external stakeholders
- Manage a strict compliance process (References and DBS)
- Achieve daily and weekly targets
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of the high volume of work, you will be someone who can work efficiently and effectively. Communication is key in this role and you will have to overcome the obstacles that recruitment presents. Recruitment experience is essential as you will be expected to interview candidates and have the knowledge of what is important to a candidate when applying for a role.
This role is focused on improving the candidate experience whilst going through the recruitment process, so someone with excellent customer service would be ideal!
