Description
- Provide the expertise into the business to project manage and re-design the organisation from top to bottom.
- Working with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Re-design the Organisation chart in line with the business objectives.
- Make recommendation and advise on the future structure.
- Redefine roles.
- Work with the operational HR function
Profile
- A minimum of 1 year working in an Org Design specific role
- Have the expertise to deliver in an Org Design project
- Have delivered on an Org Design project
- Have the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
Job Offer
- Salary £60-90k
- Would look at Part time on an FTE Salary
- Flexibility to work from home
- Fixed Term Contract - Day Rate will not be considered for this role
