Our client, is an award-winning innovative technology company, employing c400. It has a forward-thinking culture, underpinned by a dedicated focus on customer service.

Reporting into the recently appointed CPO, who is building a strong HR team, we are helping them hire an interim Head of Talent, whose primary focus is to take a strategic and tactical approach to all things recruitment related.

This is a newly created role which could become permanent. As the successful candidate, you will take the helm of the current talent acquisition activities, adopt a modern analytical approach, review current successes to date, make recommendations for improvement and implement those changes. Leading a small team, you will develop strong relationships with both internal customers and external partners and as is part of the cultural DNA, seek continual improvement not only in your role but beyond too.

You'll work closely with business leaders to design, develop and maintain more effective and innovative recruitment processes with a focus on analysis and interpretation of key metrics.

A proven track record as an in-house Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Head within a fast-paced environment is crucial to this role. Ideally you'll have in depth experience of working within the technology sector. Resilience and the ability to "roll up your sleeves" are important due to setting up processes and procedures, as well as strong experience of implementing and using Applicant Tracking Systems. A strategic resourcing background is also key.

In the longer term, it's envisaged that this role has the potential of developing a strategic Talent capability approach. This is the sort of business where success is rewarded and the opportunities to grow and develop your role are there for the taking.
