Resourcing Advisor/ Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Advisor

I am looking for an experienced internal Resourcing Specialist to join a leading private sector business based in Birmingham. You will have experience in sourcing candidates using social media and job boards, high volume recruitment experience, stakeholder engagement, and managing the full recruitment life cycle. This role would suit an experienced agency recruiter looking to move into their first in-house role or a junior in-house recruiter from a professional services background.

Key responsibilities:

*You will be a leading member of the HR team
*Proactively manage internal candidate pools and provide an amazing candidate experience
*Direct source candidates using a variety of social media platforms including Linked In, Facebook and Twitter
*Sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates
*Working closely with hiring managers to determine current and future resourcing requirements
*Identifying, organising and initiating recruitment advertising activity through relevant media channels to generate prospective employees
*Assisting in the interviewing and selection process, liaising with department managers on paperwork and preparing selected candidates for entry into the business

What skills we are looking for:

*Be in a similar recruitment role
*Experience in stakeholder management
*Experience of working with recruitment systems to deliver both internal and external experienced and direct hires across a range of business functions
*Experience of implementing a range of attraction and selection methodologies, especially innovative sourcing solutions and competency-based interviewing techniques, across a diverse range of role's
*Experienced in using social media sites to attract high calibre candidates
