Ashley Kate is delighted to be working with a leading Construction organisation in their search for an experienced, generalist HR Advisor.
This is an exciting time for my client as they have gone through a large change project to modernise their HR function and are looking for a creditable HR professional to join them on their journey of change. This role is seen as critical part of the team.
About the role
This role will involve working with one business unit, c.300 employees, to provide a first-class HR service. You will be required to pick-up and manage a range of ER issuing including complex ER matters.
You will work in partnership with business leaders to diagnose people requirements and support with building solutions and programmes of work to meet their local and organisational priorities.
To be successful in the role you will be someone who can quickly build credible relationships and can influence managers.
To be suitable for this role you must possess the following skills/experience –
•At least 2 years as a HR Advisor is essential.
•Significant experience in a fast-moving people orientated consumer business
•Proven experience of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member.
•Demonstrable experience of being involved with TUPE, redundancy or other relevant HR projects.
•Strong understanding of employment law
