Organisation Design Lead

We are really excited to be hiring for a true Organisation Design role! Our client is looking to bring in some external HR resource to lead end-to-end organisational design project (c 18 months) in a company that is transforming its operating model/ ways of working. A project on future Target Operating Models has already been carried out – it’s now about translating the new models into new ways of working, defining required capabilities, followed by roles and structures. This isn’t about making redundancies, rather driving growth and becoming more client-centric.

We are looking for an Org Design Lead with experience of designing future organisations and transforming how they operate. This a true Organisation Design, supporting senior stakeholders to help them model their future organisation.

We are looking for someone with experience of organisation design transformation i.e. the ability to translate a Target Operating Model into Organisation Design.  You will bring a working knowledge and experience of organisation design methodologies and approaches to deliver business outcomes.

Please note that we are not looking to speak with those specialising in Organisation Development and this opportunity is being offered as a fixed term contract NOT day rate.
