Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join the Human Resources team.
Responsible for providing strategic leadership in all People and Culture matters relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across the organisation. Playing a crucial role in leading strategic and operational conversations on all matters relating to EDI, working closely with Human Resources and Senior Leadership Team to be an ambassador for EDI, leading on the development and implementation of the EDI strategy and outcome focused action plans to drive cultural change.
What you'll need to succeed
It will be desirable for you to be CIPD qualified and you will need to be either educated to degree level standard or have equivalent job related experience. You will need to have proven experience of strategic and operational HR management in a complex organisation. You will have excellent knowledge of current employment legislation and recognised HR best practice in relation to EDI.
