Interim People and Change Manager
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced People and Change Manager to join an organisation who are embarking on a number of ambitious change programmes.
A large complex organisation based in Leeds.
There are a number of different projects which this role will get involved in and one of the key focuses of this role is to develop change agents, look at the people impacts of change and projects being undertaken and consider the psyscology of change. Along with this, the successful candidate will support an IT transformation from a change perspective.
Organisational Design and Development are also an important aspect of this role; looking at new ways of working, facilitating culture change and developing proposals with new approaches.
The ideal candidate will have a solid Change Management and/or Organisation Design/Development background, having worked in a similar position previously.
Please note, this role is based in Leeds and you would be expected to go on site three times per week when offices re-open.
£50,000 - £60,000 FTC + fantastic benefits!
