HR Business Partner

Full time position working as a HRBP for a leading manufacturing business with sites across the UK.

Description

Based at their Bradford site, you will travel to their manufacturing site in South Yorkshire when needed to provide a face to face HR service to employees on site.

You will be a key member of the HR team working alongside another BP and a Senior BP reporting to the Head of HR.

You will be responsible for all operational day to day HR to include support with training, employee relations case management whilst supporting with project work around reward and benefits, engagement etc. You will work closely with the unions whilst advising and working with management.

This is a FTC role for 12 months and will initially be working from home during lock down before being a mix of home working and office based work in Bradford/ South Yorkshire.

Profile

CIPD qualified with strong generalist HR experience

A solid grasp of ER is essential to the role and the ability to work autonomously whilst part of a team is key

Unionised experience is essential for the role and manufacturing experience is ideal.
