Job Details
Working for a high profile pharmaceutical company to support global Training Co-ordinator and Document Controller. This is looking at an asap start for a 6 month contract paying £15.372 per hour PAYE.
Key responsibilities
- To support IS Management in ensuring that IS training and documentation are properly managed.
- To support the maintenance of the IS Quality Framework.
- Role out all training plans and Curricur
- Training Assignments in LMS
- Arrange classroom schedules and sharepoint site updates
- Arrange classroom schedules and reports & Key Performance Indicators
- Working with global team to stand firm on compliance issues and work as part of a team to build good interpersonal relationships.
Key skills
- Minimum 5 years training and document management experience in a pharmaceutical environment is desirable.
- Good working knowledge of training and document management systems desirable.
- Experienced at working with outsourced personnel.
- Significant experience in creating document Sets and up to date Document Registers.
- Proficient with Sharepoint
