This is a full time and permanent role working for a professional services business based in Leeds. The role will be a blend of home working and on site working in Leeds managing all HR and ER matters.
You will have strong stakeholder management experience and be able to handle matters professionally advising and guiding in line with legislation.
You will be an expert in ER case management and be able to manage a case load from start to finish with written outcomes.
You will be able to advise and coach management through matters within their teams.
You will be able to review and amend policies and procedures where required and support with project that work that arises.
This role will support the HR team both UK wide and globally, therefore, it is essential that you have experience in dealing with HR matters overseas.
The successful candidate will have a strong ER and HR background with demonstrable experience both within the UK and dealing with overseas sites.
You will be CIPD qualified and have sound employment law knowledge
You ideally will have worked in professional services
