Paying up to £70k + Bonus + Benefits

My client, a leading private sector business is looking for a Head of HR Business Partnering to be the leader of the Business Partnering Team. Drive and facilitate the delivery of the business area people plans, working with the People Business Partners in support of the business strategic plan and business requirements and needs.

Key responsibilities:

*Own the leadership of the HR Business Partnering Team.
*Accountable for evaluating the performance of individuals within your team, enabling them, and encouraging performance improvement where possible.
*Maintains a full perspective of the business, placing emphasis on employee relations, policies, and people management procedures in application across the business.
*Be a point of contact to enable a knowledgeable and swift response to all complex ER issues Inc. TUPE, Acquisitions, Redundancy and Restructure Programmes.
*Ensure the Business Partnering Team takes accountability for the effective management of complex cases within their directorates including disciplinaries, grievances, attendance and capability and employment tribunals.
*Challenge & support leaders across functions to align behaviours/attitude to the 'Strategic Plan' and new ways of working.
*Challenge & improve people policies/processes/practices.
*Drive effective use of recognition schemes across business functions to reinforce positives
*Act as the people lead and or support on change management programmes, attending any related project meeting as the HR subject matter expert and ensuring the right tools, processes, and policies are applied when implementing change.
*Act as the people lead on any TUPE or redundancy-related projects, attending any project meetings as the HR subject matter expert and ensuring the right tools, processes and policies are applied when implementing change.

What skills we are looking for:

*Experience in leading a HR function / Business Partnering Team.
*Knowledge and experience of advising and implementing on HR-related activities to deliver the employee life cycle for an organisation.
*Proven experience and comprehensive track record of managing employee relations cases, including TUPE, Acquisitions, Restructuring & Redundancy.
*Significant HR management experience with a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative people management solutions at an operational, tactical, and strategic level.
*Strong change leadership experience.
*Has provided frameworks, influence, and challenge to senior teams to identify and drive through organisation change strategies in a variety of scenarios.
*Has developed and delivered true strategic business change.
*CIPD Qualified or equivalent would be desirable.
*Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice
