Customer Service Advisor
The Successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for dealing with all customer service inbound calls and queries, making sure they are done to the highest standard.
Our client, in the Financial Services Industry. Is a long-established business, based in Cheshire. That operates in conjunction with hospitals and clinics across the United Kingdom. They provide finance to patients to enable them to Self-Pay for a wide range of private health care procedures and treatments
The Customer Service Advisor will ensure all queries are dealt with correctly, within a timely manner and to the expected standard. You will need to be enthusiastic, driven and have a can- do attitude!
The Customer service Advisor will have/be:
- Previous customer service experience
- Able to work towards targets and KPI's
- IT skills
- Work well within a face paced environment
