Regional HR Advisor
Page Personnel HR are working on an exciting Regional HR Advisor role within a large and reputable company in a very stable industry! Initially a 12 month contract, the role supports an HR Manager in a generalist role encompassing employee relations, L&D and project work. Travel involved and therefore a car allowance or company car is provided. The role will have a base in the company's Manchester office.
Our client are a large and reputable company within the property and construction industry with an impressive portfolio. Due to growth and movement within the business, they are recruiting for a Regional HR Advisor to join and support an HR Manager and wider team on an initial 12 month contract. There is plenty of opportunity within the business for this role to become permanent. The role is based in their Manchester office and will involve travel across the North Region.
The key responsibilities for the Regional HR Advisor are absence management, conducting investigations and meetings for disciplinary, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating training, handling queries, providing advice and guidance, business partnering, involvement in project work and completing administrative tasks. The role will involve travel to sites across the North Region but will be based out of their Manchester office.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in a generalist role
- strong knowledge of employment law
- excellent communication skills
- ability to build strong relationships
- eager to learn and develop
- acquired or working towards CIPD
- hold a full UK Driving licence and be willing to travel
