Onsite Recruitment Specialist- Investment Banking

We're currently working on an opportunity to join a leading reputable global Investment Bank as part of their front office recruitment team.

If you have experience working in a recruitment agency or search firm, that specialise in front office investment banking and are eager to move in-house this would be an excellent step.

Your responsibilities in this front office recruitment team would include:

• Proactively source candidate using a broad range of channels and innovative techniques to identify elusive talent
• Develop own network of sector-specific (front office investment banking) candidates and utilise networking skills to engage with talent
• Develop relationships internally with Senior Recruiters and the business hiring managers to take detailed briefs on requirements
• Screen and qualify applicants suitability to roles
• Develop talent pools of qualified candidates
• Utilise CRM and ATS systems to track processes and maintain accurate data for reporting

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

• Have experience in candidate sourcing specialist front office roles utilising channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Have a strong network in a nice market in front office within the investment banking sector
• Excellent engagement and relationship building skills
