The Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist will include
Managing all aspects of office administration
Meeting and greeting clients
Elements of credit control
Organising meetings/ general diary management
Dealing with contracts, all paper work for the office
The Successful candidate will have/be
A minimum of 2 years receptionist/office admin experience
Confident using excel
Confident doing elements of credit control
A Salary of £23,000.
