We are delighted to be supporting a local hospice with the search for a Trustee to lead on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion - on a voluntary basis.

This is a brand new role and is intended to support the Board of Trustees and senior leaders in relation to strategy and day-to-day practices to create a more inclusive environment - which attracts a broader demographic of patients, guests, employees and volunteers.

You will be a senior leader with a proven track record of driving ED&I internally and externally. You will need to be available for Trustee meetings twice per quarter (2 days).

This charity is on the cusp of an exciting new phase and the Board of Trustees are clearly invested in this programme. For you, this role provides a platform for personal development whilst giving back to this wonderful community venture.

Please note: this is a voluntary role, out of pocket expenses will be paid.
