Fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join a small Not for Profit organisation in the heart of Lincoln City Centre.

Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for:
- Delivering the HR Strategy alongside the Deputy CEO
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of the HR function
- Provide expert guidance and advice on HR related matters to the organisation
- Lead on all end to end recruitment activity, whilst looking for ways to improve and streamline processes
- Analyse and look for ways to improve reward and recognition strategy (financial and non financial) for employees
- Active focus on improving Employee Engagement
- Lead for all Learning and Development activities
- Line management of 2x HR Coordinators
- Manage HR Budget
- Participate in other strategic projects including increasing Employer Brand, succession planning etc.
Profile
The successful candidate will;
* Be minimum of CIPD L5 qualified
* Experienced in HR and People Management
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non verbal
* Creative thinker who understands challenges working within a NFP
* Commercially minded, able to maximise on opportunities
* Employment Law Expertise
* Enthusiastic and energetic
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
- Salary c. £33-£40k
