Global media business is seeking a Senior HRBP to support their EMEA population. This role is a fixed term contract position for 12 months to cover a maternity leave.
The client is seeking someone who is able to manage:
* A client group of 400 who are going through periods of change
* Deliver restructuring or organisational design projects as and when required
* Employee relations and performance management both in the UK and globally
* Partnering with your client group to ensure they are on track with their people strategy
* Strong HR Business partnering experience partnering with senior leadership within media/ tech/ digital
* In depth org design and change management experience
* Ideally you will have worked in a SME as well as global organisations
* Tech/ Digital experience will be highly regarded
This is an urgent position in which you will need to be available to commence in March.
