Welsh speaking HR Advisor for an iconic Welsh non-profit organisation in Cardiff.

Your new company
An iconic, smart and inclusive organisation with a worldwide reputation based in Cardiff. This organisation is charity funded and in the arts and creative sector. It has a unionised workforce and they require a HR Advisor who can communicate in the medium of Welsh and update / manage policies and content in Welsh.

Your new role
You will work with the HR Manager across the whole HR remit, with a particular emphasis in the first year on the implementation of a new HR system (iTrent). This system will be bilingual so you will be required to be the lead within the team for the Welsh content on the system. You will be involved in employee relations, recruitment, training and HR data management,

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR Officer or Advisor with ideally CIPD qualifications. We're looking for someone who has worked in a unionised environment before and who is fluent in written and oral Welsh.

What you'll get in return
This is a permanent role on a salary of up to £27k
