Job description:

Currently working with a Technology business who are searching for a strategic HR Business Partner who is either immediately available or available on no more than 1 to 2 weeks notice to join on either a perm or 12 month FTC basis.  This role will partner with the technology team so experience on this side would be an advantage.  The successful candidate will have previously been in a truly strategic HR Business Partner role where you have really partnered with a division and understood it.  The role will pay up to £50,000 per annum plus 10% bonus.

The role of HR Business Partner will be to challenge and drive performance across the business functions through exemplary people and organisational practices. You will provide People Business Partnering to leadership level and drive and facilitate delivery of the business area people plans in support of the Strategic Plan. There will be a major focus on organisation effectiveness, talent management, building capabilities, and working in partnership with leadership teams. The role willbased between Berkshire and London with travel to two further sites in the Uk intermittently.

The successful candidate will already be a strategically focused Business Partner who has had a diverse range of duties in their last role including projects.  This is a fast paced, rapidly growing business so you must have the ability to deal with change.  You will have previously held a role in which you have truly partnered with a division of a company getting under the skin of how they work!!
