A leading international Law firm are recruiting for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Ensuring a consistent approach to the HR lifecycle of all Partners on a global scale
- Ensuring any hiring needs are pipelined and actioned, along with Recruitment team
- Working with Talent team and Senior Management to identify future leaders and manage internal pipeline and succession planning
- Woking with Talent and L&D to address coaching and mentoring gaps and put in place
- Working to continuously improve performance management cycle of partners and help succeed
- Supporting Heads of in managing poor performance and advising on development plans
- Managing complex ER issues
- Advising in managing the exit of leavers
- Overseeing annual partner reward processes
- Coaching senior leaders and coaching and developing junior members of the team
- Ad hoc project work
As Senior HR Manager, you will possess:
- Relevant HR experience, within Professional Services or a Partnership environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working in a matrix environment
