Partner HR Manager

A leading international Law firm are recruiting for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Ensuring a consistent approach to the HR lifecycle of all Partners on a global scale
• Ensuring any hiring needs are pipelined and actioned, along with Recruitment team
• Working with Talent team and Senior Management to identify future leaders and manage internal pipeline and succession planning
• Woking with Talent and L&D to address coaching and mentoring gaps and put in place
• Working to continuously improve performance management cycle of partners and help succeed
• Supporting Heads of in managing poor performance and advising on development plans
• Managing complex ER issues
• Advising in managing the exit of leavers
• Overseeing annual partner reward processes
• Coaching senior leaders and coaching and developing junior members of the team
• Ad hoc project work

As Senior HR Manager, you will possess:

• Relevant HR experience, within Professional Services or a Partnership environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience working in a matrix environment
