We are currently working with a well established, UK wide business with its head offices based in West Oxfordshire. They are currently looking to expand the Commercial training team with experienced individuals. This is a permanent role currently being worked remotely.
Your new role
In this role you will provide coaching and support to the leadership team so that they have the skills and knowledge to achieve success through their people. You will identify training needs and interventions required to meet skills gaps and provide effective solutions. You will provide 1 to 1 coaching to employees as well as working on management development plans.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and have experience working in a target driven environment. You will have fantastic communication skills and have the ability to gain trust within a variety of stakeholders.
