Organisational Development Partner
Your new company
This growing and busy organisation are looking to bring on board an OD Specialist who has ample experience in this area and also has experience with implementing new strategies.
Your new role
This role will be to recommend, design and implement organisational effectiveness which will be tailored to attracting and engaging to engage and retain top talent within the organisation. You will be proactively identifying opportunities for improvement of performance using a range of OD theories, tools and techniques. You will need to design, develop and deliver leadership and management workshops and seminars. Provide coaching and mentoring support and demonstrate a coaching ethos across the organisation. Act as a culture change champion - influencing and driving culture change across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have significant experience in organisation development and/or learning and development role, including diagnosing, implementing, and evaluating OD interventions and the recommendation of practical learning and development solutions. You will need substantial experience of designing and delivering workshops also.
