Job Details
A brand new and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Manager to join a global private equity a 6 month FTC to cover a sabbatical. This is a global emerging markets investment company, they are forward thinking, innovative and are currently thriving.
This is a varied, full generalist role supporting on a global scale, working closely with the Head of HR. This will be an early May start, salary circa £70-85k.
- Provide generalist global HR support (advisory, operational and administrative)
- Support the Director, HR Operations with operational HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local regulations and internal policies
- Implement firm-wide HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as required
You will have a proven track record with generalist HR experience, preferably in a similar role across multiple offices. Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR practices is essential. Knowledge and experience of UK immigration.
Prior experience in private equity or financial services, along with experience in a partnership environment is highly desirable.
