Well established, dynamic Construction & Property industry SME are seeking to appoint a confident Recruitment Coordinator to support the continued growth and development of the business.
Your new role
You'll be joining a supportive collaborative and friendly team within this people focused organisation. Working closely alongside the People and Culture Director the main focus of your role is to manage and develop the recruitment process with a continuous improvement focus in order to effectively support the business growth.
You'll also work collaboratively with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure candidate attraction methods are maximised. You will be a confident communicator with good social media & IT skills. Recruitment is the predominant responsibility within this role and also includes support for HR related tasks and you will have the opportunity to be involved within wider HR development projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience within a recruitment focused role
- Knowledge of candidate attraction techniques
- Confident and proactive approach
- Be highly organised
- Collaborative team player
- HR Admin experience advantageous
- Knowledge/experience of the construction and property industry beneficial
What you'll get in return
Salary £24,000 - £26,000 + benefits
