HR Pensions Administrator
HR Pensions Administrator working in Bedford for a small friendly team, part time hours
We are seeking a HR Pensions administrator who can work 3 days a week (22.h hrs a week), who will be responsible for ensuring that staff Performers are entered and details maintained on the Compass system. All pension activity must be completed correctly and within the required time frames.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act a key link between relevant departments including the People Team, Finance Team, Operational Management and our external third-party Payroll and Pensions provider, ensuring that correct information is collated and sent via the appropriate methods. You will answer all employee related pension queries and be able to make judgements and communicate decisions on a range of pension related issues where appropriate seeking advice and guidance where necessary.
The role is based at our Head Office in Bedfordshire.
Working as part of the HR Team, you w ill have previous experience as a HR Administrator/payroll/pensions supervisor. You will be technically and numerically proficient and possess advanced IT skills as well as high level verbal and written capabilities. The successful candidate will work proactively in a role where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
