Senior HR Analytics Lead - Transformation
Senior HR/People Analytics role.
This is great opportunity to join a big hitter in the FMCG space. My client is looking for an experienced HR/People Analytics specialist to join the Analytics team on a full time basis.
2 Days a week in the office (when safe to do so) to start whilst settling in with scope to work from home in the long term.

Being in suitable commuting distance to HQ, not essential but advantageous provided 2 days a week in the office is achievable.
What you will bring: An in depth knowledge of the People Analytics, how to extract, organise and implement findings into tangible opportunities to progress the business. Have a keen eye for what is happening at competitors by way of Analytics, how they are using data and market trends. Help automate and Propose opportunities to further standardise the organisations approach, systems and software. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR Performance Dashboards and all external reporting requirements. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is a key part of this role and will allow you to deliver excellence and market leading Analytics which will enable the business to adapt and thrive well into the future.
