HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner - Hertfordshire - ~£55-60k plus car/allowance and bonus

Growing commercial organisation that is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a commercial, professional and comprehensive level of HR generalist support to the business. The role partners closely with the senior HR leadership team to drive the HR strategy across UK and Europe. The HR Business Partner will take responsibility for optimising the operational performance delivered by our people as well as minimising risk or cost (actual or notional) to the business. This will be achieved through the following key areas:

• Employee Relations
• Reward Management
• HR Systems/Processes/Operations
• Special/Ad-hoc projects

You will need the following experience:-

• A track record of experience working in a fast paced, commercial environment through 5 years as a HRBP
• Strong generalist HR experience with excellent commercial awareness
• Knowledge of European employment landscape and experience advising stakeholders across multiple European countries
• Change management and acquisition management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Highly collaborative and able to partner with multiple senior stakeholders. Detail oriented and able to lead, manage and coordinate several priorities
• Pragmatic and professional approach
• Able to travel both domestically and internationally including overnight stays
• CIPD qualification is preferable but not essential
