This Property firm, of circa 400 people, and with a fast-growing international presence, serve a wide range of corporate clients in over 50 countries. They pride themselves on being a partner of choice in the region for corporates, developers and private investors. They are looking for an HR Administrator to join, on a FTC inititally, in a newly created role in the HR team of 5.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Support the two London HR Business Partners in handling general HR enquiries and providing appropriate advice, support and information, and the wider HR team when required
  • Administer the joiner / leaver processes including all documentation, induction processes and exit interviews
  • Produce new contracts, contractual change letters and employment documentation as required
  • Assist with maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave and parental leave administration processes
  • Provide support relating to employee relations issues
  • Support the cyclical management information and reporting processes, workign closely with the HR Operations Manager to allign any change in HR processes, to the wider organisation goals
  • Assist with the annual salary review process
  • Build rapport and effective working relationships across the firm
  • Assist the HR team with ad hoc projects
  • Ensure confidentiality of personnel documentation and information

What they are looking for:

  • 1-2 years generalist HR experience
  • Competence in the Microsoft Office package, especially Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Someone who is able to manage change and ambiguity well
  • A positive, customer focused, commerical approach
  • A good understanding of effective teamwork and the ability to contribute in a team environment
  • Ideally experience from a Professional Services Firm
  • An excellent work ethic and strong time management skills
  • Strong organisation, administration and prioritisation skills
