Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the HR strategy
  • Business change and transformation, coaching key stakeholders and managers
  • Responsibility for: Recruitment, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Salary bench marking, Aligning contracts, Performance Management, Training and Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning
  • Develop relevant policies, procedures and processes
  • Ensuring up to date HR legislation knowledge

Profile

To be successful you will have the following experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Educated to degree level (desired)
  • Previous operational/generalist HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR legislation and procedures
  • Experience of using HR Information Systems
  • Experience of writing HR policies & procedures
  • Knowledge of payroll
  • Ability to support and influence

Job Offer

£60,000 - £65,000 + benefits
