Your new role
You will be working with managers at the different sites to implement a business transformation project, looking at hours, contracts, headcount and restructure. Working at a site at a time you will have the opportunity to really develop your skills and experiences within change management

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience perhaps assisting with a change management/business transformation project and feel that you now want the experience to go out and run a project for yourself. You will have strong analytical skills along with at least two years experience working in a HR role
