Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the HR strategy
- Business change and transformation, coaching key stakeholders and managers
- Responsibility for: Recruitment, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Salary bench marking, Aligning contracts, Performance Management, Training and Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Develop relevant policies, procedures and processes
- Ensuring up to date HR legislation knowledge
Profile
To be successful you will have the following experience:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Educated to degree level (desired)
- Previous operational/generalist HR experience
- Knowledge of HR legislation and procedures
- Experience of using HR Information Systems
- Experience of writing HR policies & procedures
- Knowledge of payroll
- Ability to support and influence
