Your new role
3 month temporary assignment to start immediately. Managing the recruitment processes to maximise candidate attraction, time to hire and fill rates. This includes assisting Managers in developing recruitment plans for both technical and non-technical roles. You will ensure that recruitment campaigns are appropriately authorised. You will be identifying suitable candidates, planning assessments and selection criteria, writing and publishing job adverts, co-ordinate interviews and assessment activities such as interviews. Interview and assess when required with guidance from Recruitment Manager. Provide feedback to Managers and candidates on assessment outcomes. Maintain contact with candidates throughout process, answer or escalate (as appropriate) candidate queries. Administration & Reporting. Ensure that candidate records on Oracle system are up to date. Maintain records and report progress of recruitment activities. Ensure that all pre-employment records are up to date and organised. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and stored appropriately. Ensure that all recruitment filing is kept up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
Some internal recruitment experience and an ability to build strong relationships with hiring coupled with an organised and professional experience.
