It is not every day a role like this comes in… So, Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, with this highly profitable, hugely successful, ethical, people-centric SME, based near Cirencester, to support the recruitment of a new part-time HR Advisor into their team.

An experienced HR Officer or HR Advisor is sought for this flexible role (4-5 days / 25-30 hours/week) to assist their Head of HR, as they embark an exciting time in the company's history.

This fast-paced and diverse role will see you assist in the provision of all generalist life-cycle support to colleagues across the business. You will help manage employee relations, recruitment, talent development, performance management, policy development and KPI and MI reporting, as well as helping to arrange the company incentives and, their team building events - of which there are a few!

Suitable applicants will be experienced working in a pacey, work-hard / play-hard environment, with demonstrable experience of the above and a desire to develop and progress! Great systems, communication and time management skills are also essential, as is a sense of humour!
