Interim Organisational Design Manager
The role of Senior Organisational Design Manager is to lead a large restructure and set up a new function. This role is a mixture of strategic and operational duties and I am looking for candidates with extensive Organisational Design experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation based in Leeds and embarking on a period of exciting change.
The key responsibilities of this role is to lead on restructuring a number of business areas and create a new function. This will involve strategic re-organisational design, mapping skills and roles and recruitment, whilst working with the wider HR team. The key priority is owning the people side and establishing a new organisation structure.
The ideal candidate will have extensive change, restructure and most importantly organisational design experience and be available in March/April.
Please note, this role is based in Leeds and you would be expected to be in Leeds at least three times per week when offices are back open.
This is an initial 12 month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary depending on experience + great benefits!
