Reward Manager - Stand alone
Birmingham
£55,000 - £60,000
Oakleaf Patnership are seeking a Reward professional to join a business near Birmingham. The role will be stand alone and will be responsible for the pay and reward agenda for the business.
You will need to demonstrate extensive success of working in a senior reward role and have excellent report writing skills.
Duties:
- Lead the pay and reward agenda including pay structure
- Identify, analyst and procure sources of benchmarking
- Draft papers for Executive board and for the REMCO
- Internal lead for all executive remuneration
