Financial services organisation based in London are seeking an experienced graduate recruitment lead to focus on developing the technology campus hiring. You will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of graduate and intern hiring across the Technology arm of the business. This is a fast-paced collaborative environment, where you are encouraged to bring ideas and initiatives forward to improve recruitment processes.

Your new role
Working in an established recruiting team, you will take responsibility for the full graduate recruitment cycle for the technology arm of the business with a focus on software engineering hires.

• Drive the strategy and innovation to generate new ways to develop and grow the campus offering.
• Lead and develop the campus recruiting strategy to identify hires for the software engineering teams.
• Manage the day-to-day candidate management and the approach to market.
• Improve processes and grow the recruiting function

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in campus technology recruitment, particularly software engineering.
• Managerial experience - leading and supporting other campus members.
• Experience developing and growing a campus recruitment function.
• Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
