Interim HR Officer
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing business as they look for an Interim HR Officer to cover maternity leave. This opportunity is for twelve months looking for a start in April. Based in Oxford with a salary of up to £30k.
Reporting into the Head of People, the role will be providing a comprehensive HR service across all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Managing the new starters process and on boarding activities, developing and improving policies and processes where necessary.
·Actively involved with the recruitment process, conducting recruitment administration, arranging interviews and being the HR representative at interviews.
·Processing monthly payroll and pension administration.
·Ensure employee data is accurately held in the HRIS and Payroll systems.
·Provide support an advice to all employees and managers on employment issues, complying with employment legislation and best practise.
We are looking for:
·Previous HR generalist experience.
·Previous recruitment experience within a HR Function.
·Knowledge of immigration procedures and right to work in the UK processes.
·Experience of working with a HRIS System.
·The ability to work autonomously and be confident in own decision making and knowing when to seek further advice.
