As the Executive Administrator you will be providing all aspects of admin support for fee earners in undertaking legal work.

Client Details

The client is a corporate business based in the heart of Manchester city centre who are recruiting a permanent administrator to work alongside their corporate team.

Description

The Key responsibilities will include

To undertake file opening and related procedures in accordance with the Quality Manual

Undertaking Anti-Money Laundering and ID checks in accordance with firm policy.

Helping with good document management and matter and client records.

Assisting other fee earners with administrative tasks as required.

Where appropriate, liaising with clients.

Carrying out photocopying and scanning and various online filing duties.

Organise with team holiday charts.

Deal with incoming and outgoing post for the team.

Handling, amending and being responsible for legal documents - attention to detail is essential.

Any other administrative duties as required by the team on an ad hoc basis.

Profile

The Successful candidate will have/be

Previous experience working in office administration

Strong admin skills

The ability to confidently use Microsoft excel and all the Microsoft packages

Well organised

Experience working in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

A Salary of £19,000-£21,000
