Interim Head of Learning & Development Partner - Homeworking / London - £500 to £600 p/d - 3 to 6 months

Our client, an industry leading tech firm, are looking to bring in a strong L&D professional to lead their London in-house team for an initial 3-6 months whilst they search for a permanent head.

This role will report to the HRD and will have excellent senior level exposure. This person will be leading a relatively small but collaborative team and will work across different business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing Leadership Development and Apprenticeship Programmes
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to embed and enhance business Talent programmes
  • Design and deliver key learning objectives and solutions
  • Manage L&D budget and work with third parties as required and appropriate
  • Work alongside colleagues on the internal digital and LMS offering
  • Work with key stakeholders to establish coaching plans and execute these.

Required Experience:

  • Previously held Head of L&D level roles in large corporate
  • Extensive experience around Leadership Development
  • Experience desgining and running apprenticeship programmes
  • Experience working in organisations going through transformation
  • Must be able to demonstrate a clear background of success within design and delivery of learning solutions
  • Confident in F2F facilitation as well as other blended solutions
  • Comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders
