I have partnered with a specialist Insurance firm that have grown rapidly in the past 2 years despite the impact of COVID & Brexit. The role itself is a new position to support the business to deliver a high quality and robust HR Service.
Responsibilities:
- Support in change management initiatives in support of organisational and employee related changes
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
- Work with the HR Projects team on acquisition onboarding
- Provide an advisory service on disciplinary and redundancy situations, maternity and paternity issues, flexible working practices, restructures, redundancies and TUPE
- Support the monthly payroll process
- Provide assistance and guidance to HR Assistants to aid development and a consistent team approach
Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Working knowledge of CoreHR
- Strong team player
- Ability to remain calm and deliver under pressure
- Ability to work within a professional fast-paced, results driven environment
