The successful Customer Service Advisor will be expected to provide Customer support via telephone, web chat and email. Temp- Perm opportunity.

This position is required to work Tuesday - Saturday 9.30am - 6pm (fixed pattern)

Description

The Customer Service Advisor will primarily take responsibility for the following;

*Customer satisfaction reviews

*Communicating with customers via email and telephone

*Using Zendesk to monitor queries

*Management of complaints or refund requests

*Responding to complex queries by phone / email and social media

*Supporting the customer service function

*Liaising with colleague is stock control, logistics, finance and sales to ensure the customer is kept in the loop with orders, returns, repairs and refunds

Profile

The successful Customer Service Advisor for this MUST match the below criteria, candidates without a solid background in customer services - both telephone and written customer service experience will be essential.

*Professional / Work based training on customer services in a telephone / call centre environment (retail is advantageous)

*Strong background in customer satisfaction

*Excellent team player

*Excellent written communication, spelling and grammar

*Driving licence (location is difficult to access by public transport)

*Able to work closely with internal colleagues to ensure smooth processes

*Innovative - able to suggest areas of improvement

*A solid work background in telephone Customer Services

Job Offer

*£19,300 annual salary
