This global financial services firm is hiring some of the best technical minds around. As the Campus Recruiting Lead, you will develop, drive and execute on the staffing strategies to hire exceptional talent. You will provide innovative, scale solutions to drive the hiring needs of the business.
Your new role
Working in an established recruiting team, you will take responsibility for the full graduate recruitment cycle for the technology arm of the business with a focus on software engineering hires.
- Drive the strategy and innovation to generate new ways to develop and grow the campus offering.
- Lead and develop the campus recruiting strategy to identify hires for the software engineering teams.
- Manage the day-to-day candidate management and the approach to market.
- Improve processes and grow the recruiting function
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in campus technology recruitment, particularly software engineering.
- Managerial experience - leading and supporting other campus members.
- Experience developing and growing a campus recruitment function.
- Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skill
