A global Financial Services provider is now looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Diversity and Inclusion Manager. This is a newly created role with a very broad and diverse remit and will be working for a business that are highly invested in D&I as it forms part of what they do as an organisation.
This is a pivotal role within the function touching every part of HR as D&I becomes truly embedded within company culture and all people processes. It is a very hands / top to bottom role requiring someone happy with top end strategy but also willing to get their hands dirty on an operational level as well.
The role will look at the internal population but will also touch on work done within other businesses that this company invests in.
We are looking for D&I experts that can bring passion, drive and a wealth of knowledge into the role. Candidates will ideally come from a Financial Services background and understand the regulated environment. Excellent academics, great stakeholder management skills, project management experience and innovative thinking will enable candidates to succeed in this position.
