Interim Recruitment Manager role within a Public Sector organisation for 6-9 months

The client is a Public Sector organisation
Description
As Interim Recruitment Manager, the key responsibilities are;
- Manage a small team of Recruitment advisors
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Recruitment function
- Manage the implementation of recruitment and retention plan
- Support the Head of HR with accurate reporting on vacancy data, turnover, retention
- Embed changes and streamline recruitment processes and procedures
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure the organisation is attracting top quality candidates
- Carry out external benchmarking and research
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
- Experienced in end to end recruitment processes
- Solid understanding of recruiting from overseas, including the Skilled Worker Visa and its implications
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and non verbal
- Creative and innovative approach
- Team player
- Able to operate under pressure and with high numbers of vacancies
Job Offer
