Interim Recruitment Manager role within a Public Sector organisation for 6-9 months

Client Details

The client is a Public Sector organisation

Description

As Interim Recruitment Manager, the key responsibilities are;

  • Manage a small team of Recruitment advisors
  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Recruitment function
  • Manage the implementation of recruitment and retention plan
  • Support the Head of HR with accurate reporting on vacancy data, turnover, retention
  • Embed changes and streamline recruitment processes and procedures
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure the organisation is attracting top quality candidates
  • Carry out external benchmarking and research

Profile

The successful candidate will be;

  • Experienced in end to end recruitment processes
  • Solid understanding of recruiting from overseas, including the Skilled Worker Visa and its implications
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and non verbal
  • Creative and innovative approach
  • Team player
  • Able to operate under pressure and with high numbers of vacancies
