Job Details
Key role responsible for leading the design and implementation of workforce Organisational Development interventions across the wider organisation. Also responsible for creating and implementing sustainable innovative OD interventions that will facilitate cultural change, strengthen staff engagement, achieve the ambitions of being a more inclusive workforce with better productivity.
Client Details
The client is a NHS Body that was created through a merger in 2020. The client covers the North Central area of London and is responsible for developing long term strategic development of the patch.
Description
Strategic Leadership
Drive the development and implementation of the Organisational Development (OD) interventions/strands of the overall workforce priorities, managing implementation against agreed time frames, budget and reporting against agreed performance measures.
Benchmark against other businesses/the market
Operational Delivery -
To lead all relevant operational programmes and projects
Service development and delivery
drive and develop the management development to ensure high levels of delivery across the organisation and patch
Profile
The successful candidate should exhibit
- NHS experience
- relevant qualification (CIPD eg.)
- experience working at senior OD level and within senior leadership/management positions in recent past
- experience of design and development of management plans and programmes
- experience of designing, embedding and implementing OD strategy across a business
- experience managing a budget
